Fantasia (makers of Megami Paradise).
It's an action, comedy, sexy anime. Main staff includes director NishiJima Katsuhiko, character designer Yamauchi Noriyasu, mecha designer Kimura Hidefumi and compositor Junichi Kanezaki. Previous works of Nishijima Katsuhiko include Project A-Ko. He was one of the creator and the director of the first movie. In an interview, he said that Aika is the new A-Ko, Rion is C-Ko and Neena is B-Ko. Yamauchi Noriyasu is the main character designer as he was on Megami Paradise. It's his "fault" if Aika serie includes so many panties shots. Junichi Kanezaki was the compositor of Dirty Pair
Flash musics but his work on Aika is simply great.
Project A-Ko character designer, Moriyama Yuji, is also guest character designer on Aika. This serie includes many references to others anime (and even to movies) like Project A-Ko did. AIKa includes also many good seiyuu as Sakuma Rei, Tamagawa Sakiko, Ohtsuka Akio and Shiozawa Kaneto. You can find a complete cast list here.
